At present there seems to be a problem with the thumbnails for uploaded videos and it seems that only the administration is able to directly upload videos.  I've submitted a ticket trying to get more information and a solution for the problem.  I tried contacting them today, but it seems that their staff isn't in the office today.  Rest assured that the problem is being looked into.  If their solution isn't adequate, I'm looking at some other so...
